Hockley County Appraisal District has contracted with Pritchard & Abbott Inc. to prepare valuations of all oil and gas leases, telephone, gas and electric utility systems, cable television systems, pipeline systems, railroad companies, and industrial properties designated by the Chief Appraiser.
